Guides to Good Practice

The Guides to Good Practice are the result of over twenty-five years of collaborative work between ADS and a number of international partners. Since 1998 the Guides have aimed to provide information on the best way to create, manage, and document digital material produced by archaeological or heritage projects with the aim of improving the deposition and preservation of this material for future use.

These guides include specialist advice in:

Working with heritage science specialists, the HSDS will develop a series of new Guides to cover all aspects of Heritage Science and Conservation Research.
